SECTION 3 OF THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT
OF 1966 (P.L. 89-642, AS AMENDED, 42 U.S.C. 1773) AUTHORIZES THE
SPECIAL MILK PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN. THE REGULATIONS SUBMITTED WITH
THIS PROPOSAL SET FORTH: (A) THE APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT
REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS, AND (C) THE
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROGRAM.
