Abstract: INFORMTION WILL BE COLLECTED ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESS INTERESTS SEEKING STATUTORY OR ADMINISTRATIVE BENEFITS, I 19 SEPARATE AREAS. SUCH INFOMATION WILL BE USED TO DENY OR GRANT PERMITS AND IDENTIFY APPROPRIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUTHORIZED ACTIVITY. IT WILL ALSO BE COLLECTED IN RESPONSE TO ACCIDENTS AND OTHE INCIDENTS FOR REPORTING PURPOSES.
