Abstract: REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING THE PLANT QUARANTINE ACT RELATIVE TO THE IMPORTATION INTO THE U.S. OF NURSERY STOCK PLANTS, FRUITS, VEGATABLES, ROOTS, BULBS, ETC.
