Abstract: THE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING ACT OF 1946 AND THE EGGS PRODUCT INSPECTION ACT DIRECT USDA TO ADMINISTER THE POULTRY, EGG, AND EGG PRODUCTS GRADING PROGRAMS AND THE INSPECTION PROGRAMS FOR EGGS AND EGG PRODUCTS.
