PROGRAMS FOR EGGS AND EGG PRODUCTS. OUR REGULATIONS REQUIRE GRADERS
OR INSPECTORS TO BE LICENSED BY USDA. TO OBTAIN A LICENSE,
APPLICANTS COMPLETE PY-157, APPLICATION FOR LICENSE. THIS FORM
PROVIDES INFORMATION ON THE APPLICANT'S EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION.
