WHEN VA AUDITORS CONDUCT AUDITS AND EXAMINATIONS OF LENDER RECORDS, IT IS NECESSARY THAT THE RECORDS BE AVAILABLE. THIS NEW REGULATORY REQUIREMENT WILL ASSURE THAT LENDERS KEEP THEIR LOAN ORIGINATION RECORDS FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR.
