The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is requesting a no material or non-substantive change approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for (OMB No. 0930-0288) Assessment of Communities Talk to Prevent Alcohol and Other Drug Misuse Initiative.
SAMHSA is requesting a non-substantive change to revise questions to align with E.O. 14168 Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.
SAMHSA is requesting to remove the following from the “Survey Email Reminder,” “Survey Email Invitation,” and the “Organizer Survey.” These changes will not impact the current burden hours:
Remove one of the options “Lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender (LGBTQ) community members” for question on “Which of the following best describes the primary audience(s) served by your organization? (Mark all that apply.)”
Updated Communities Talk email address and website.
