This request is for a reinstatement of
the most recently assessed record keeping burden requirements
contained in the regulations at 34 CFR 668.232 and 668.233, related
to the administrative requirement of the financial assistance for
students with intellectual disabilities program. The information
collection requirements are necessary to determine the eligibility
to receive program benefits and to prevent fraud and abuse of the
program funds.

assessed. The regulations have not changed and all prior burden
estimates based on regulations in the collection remain the same.
