TERMS OF CLEARANCE:

Terms of the previous clearance remain in effect. Approved consistent with the understanding
that OFA will continue TA efforts, including continued support for existing (former) pilot states,
in addition to all states interested in improving outcomes for families within the statutory
framework of the program. In addition, approved consistent with the understanding that OFA
will align reporting requirements for new pilot states once selected to the best of their ability.
