Abstract: This generic information
collection plan provides for the
collection of qualitative feedback from
consumers, financial institutions, and
stakeholders on a wide range of services
the CFPB provides in an efficient,
timely, manner in accordance with the
CFPB’s commitment to improving
service delivery. By qualitative
feedback, the CFPB means information
that provides useful insights on, for
example, comprehension, usability,
perceptions, and opinions, but are not
statistical surveys that yield quantitative
results that can be generalized to the
population of study. The CFPB expects
this feedback to include insights into
consumer, financial institution or
stakeholder perceptions, experiences,
and expectations, provide an early
warning of issues with service, or focus
attention on areas where
communication, training or changes in
operations might improve delivery of
products or services. These collections
will allow for ongoing, collaborative,
and actionable communications
between the CFPB and consumers,
financial institutions, and stakeholders.
It will also allow feedback to contribute
directly to the improvement of program
management.

Abstract: AmeriCorps is soliciting
comments concerning the proposed
renewal of its Days of Service Project
Tool, which allows organizers of
volunteer events to register their service
projects associated with Martin Luther
King, Jr., Service Day, September 11th
Day of Service, and other volunteer
events. Respondents include national
service grantees, corporations, volunteer
organizations, government entities, and
individuals. AmeriCorps wants to help
promote Days of Service and other
relevant volunteer activities across the
country and also to assess the impact of
the agency’s initiatives. Information
provided is purely voluntary and will
not be used for any grant or funding
support. The current application is due
to expire on March 31, 2025. Comments
submitted in response to this notice will
be summarized and/or included in the
request for OMB approval.
