Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. By submitting your
information for recruitment, you agree to comply with these Official Rules.
Eligibility: Participation in the recruitment process is open to legal residents of the United
States who are 18 years of age or older and reside in one of the following regions: Dallas, Ft.
Worth, Los Angeles, or New York/New Jersey. You must have access to a computer with
internet access and audio equipment (over-the-ear headphones preferred).
Recruitment Description: Floor23 Digital LLC is assisting NASA in recruiting participants for a
sound perception study to help design quieter, more sustainable aircraft. This recruitment
process does not guarantee participation in the study. Only those who meet the eligibility criteria
and are selected will be invited to participate.
How to Join: To participate in the recruitment process, complete the registration form on
Floor23 Innobear. This recruitment process is limited to a first-come, first-served basis and will
be accepted until the participant limit is reached.
Incentive for Recruitment: Those who successfully complete the recruitment process may be
selected to participate in the study and will receive a $25 Amazon gift card as a token of
appreciation upon successful completion of the study.
Selection of Participants: Participants will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible
individuals based on the provided information and will be notified via email with instructions on
how to proceed. This recruitment is for the purpose of selecting individuals to join the NASA
sound perception study and is not an invitation to participate in the study itself.
Privacy: By submitting your information, you consent to the collection and use of your personal
data for the purpose of recruitment and selection for the NASA study. Your personal information
will be kept confidential in accordance with Floor23 Digital LLC's privacy policy. NASA or any
affiliated parties do not have access to the recruitment process or your personal data.
Release of Liability: By submitting your information, you agree to release and hold harmless
Floor23 Digital LLC and its affiliates, including NASA, from any liability, claims, or damages
arising from participation in this recruitment process.
Miscellaneous: Floor23 Digital LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment
process or these Official Rules at any time without notice.
