JUSTIFICATION FOR NONMATERIAL CHANGE
Re: Non-substantive change to OMB control number 1235-0015
The Wage and Hour Division (WHD) is requesting a non-substantive change for form WD-10, Davis-Bacon Wage Survey Form. The change is needed in the instructions of the form. The phone number listed in the “Questions” field is no longer active and needs to be updated to reflect the current phone number (202-343-2005). The prior phone number (866-236-2773) was maintained by a contractor that provided services to the WHD. That contractor is no longer performing services for the WHD and the number has been deactivated.
No data fields on the form are being updated or changed. Once the form instructions are updated, WHD can make corresponding changes to the electronic version of the form published on our website.
