The YGTSS and ASQ will be completed by trained professionals. Parents will participate in providing information on tic symptoms for the YGTSS and may be present for the ASQ; therefore, although these measures are assessing the children, the time for these measures is included in the estimated burden for both parents and children. The remaining content will be assessed by surveys of respondents in the following categories: adults aged 18-26 years, parents of children aged 4-17 years, teens aged 12-17 years, and children aged 9-11 years.
