Military Community and Family Policy within the Office of the Secretary of Defense is working with RAND on a study focused on how to support the recruitment and retention of high-quality military child development program staff. As part of this study, RAND is administering the Military Child Development Program Workforce Survey to all employees who are at least 18 years old who work in a child development center or a school-age center.
