Dear <Participant Name>,

Thank you for completing the Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) focus group survey. Based on your responses, you are eligible and invited to participate in the online focus group.

The online focus group will be held on <Date Time>. If you are unable to attend during this time, please let us know by responding to this email, as we may be able to schedule you to join a focus group at a different time.

We will be sending out another email in the next two weeks to confirm your interest in participating. Once confirmed, we will share a calendar invite and link to your focus group session. Using a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a camera, please log on 15 minutes before the focus group begins so that a technician can check you in and make sure you’re able to participate without any problems.

After you finish the 90-minute online focus group, you will receive $75 as a token of appreciation for your time and effort.
