Application Period: 1 August – 1 November 2024
The DoD NDSEG Fellowship Program has the objective of increasing the number of U.S. Citizens trained in
science and engineering disciplines of DoD Relevance. The program is a highly competitive fellowship awarded
to qualified U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and U.S. dual citizens who are in pursuit of a Doctoral degree in a DoD
relevant disciplines area at any accredited U.S. institution of higher education.
Pays for full Tuition and Required Fees, a Monthly Stipend, Travel/Non-Travel Expenses, and a
Minimum Health Insurance Coverage
The DoD NDSEG Fellowship Program was established in 1989 by direction of Congress
and is currently sponsored by the Departments of the Navy, Army, and Air Force
