Subject: Non-Material Change to Tips, Complaints, Referrals System

The Office of Market Intelligence (OMI) within the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission operates the Tips, Complaints, Referrals (TCR) System, which records and tracks
information about potential securities law violations. The TCR system provides a form for members of
the public to submit tips, complaints, and referrals to the SEC.
In the coming weeks, OMI will implement certain non-material changes to the TCR System, including the
public-facing form. Form changes include minor cosmetic changes, corrections of typos, and limits to
quantities for some fields.
