Attention: All licensed firearms Manufacturers - REQUIRED REPORTING
Your Annual Firearms Manufacturing and Exportation Report (AFMER)
FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2019 is due by April 1
January 6, 2020
This notice constitutes a request under
the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 923(g)(5)(A)
for record information required to be kept
under the provisions of Title 18 U.S.C.
Chapter 44. An ATF Form 5300.11, Annual Firearms Manufacturing and Exportation Report (AFMER)
must be submitted for every Type 07 and Type 10 Federal Firearms License by April 1.

If you did not manufacture any reportable item as outlined on the form and instructions,
you are still required to complete form 5300.11 and report 0 (zero) items
If your license expired, or business was discontinued, during calendar year 2019, you still need to
complete the form for the period in which your license was active. Please indicate the date of
discontinuance in item 7 on the form.
You can submit your form electronically, or mail in your form. If submitting via mail, complete the form
that is on the back of this notice. Mail your completed form to: ATF-FFLC, AFMER program, 244
Needy Road, Martinsburg, WV 25405 You will not receive any receipt confirmation.

Your form will NOT be accepted if any item is left blank

Enter 0 (zero) for those categories for which you have no firearms to report
Your form will not be accepted and will be returned if it is not 100% complete. Remember:
- you must use the current AFMER form marked “Revised April 2019” (previous versions will not be accepted)
- you must specify the calibers of pistols and revolvers in items #8a and #8b
- miscellaneous firearms reported in item #8j and/or item #9j must be briefly identified/described
- your form must be signed in item #12
- your form must be dated in item #13 (date you completed the form- MM / DD / CURRENT year)

PREFERRED METHOD OF SUBMISSION (paperless)- you can electronically complete and
submit your AFMER form via eForms (select ATF Form 5300.11); all filers using eForms will have record
of their form submission. Filers who choose to mail their form will not be sent any receipt confirmation.
