The CCE System will use smart pathing to leverage some of the information collected in the
Retirement application path to determine what supplemental information is required. For
instance, when an individual indicates that they are currently receiving a foreign pension from
work not covered under SSA, the CCE path will bring up the fields to collect information for the
SSA-308.

Once we collect the name and address of the agency or organization providing the pension, the
following pages collect information about the dates for the pension periods, payment amounts,
and frequency.
