This page is requires the users information, such as Name, email, and password. Once the applicant submit the information an email is sent to verify the email.
This is initial step verifies email only. Verification of the applicant to ensure a users is allowed to submit COA takes place at the Gatekeeper process using the PDL for PAO entitles.

Currently Signing up for DOD user access requires 5 clicks.
Taking the CADZ services outside of the DroneZone and Owners services will reduce the 1 click, more important select the right user is so embedded within, it will help to ensure users are able to see the PAO services.
