The grantee will regularly (at least monthly) meet with the appropriate county government representative before, during, and after the database development to ensure all requirements and expectations are met. All databases will be developed and adopted by the end of Year 2 of the grantee's project.
Example C:
Develop databases for local governments to aggregate data collected from projects funded with State Revolving Funds (SRF)
1 Increased knowledge and understanding for use of post-award databases. An intake survey will measure the county government officials' self-rated knowledge and understanding of post-award databases before the database is developed and implemented. A follow up survey, disseminated approximately a year after the database is developed/implemented, will measure the county government officials' self-rated knowledge and understanding of post-award databases. The differences between the two surveys will be measured to indicate an increase/decrease/no change in understanding. Intermediate Increase in respondent's self rated knowledge and understanding of use of post-award databases.

2 SRF recipient can better collect, store, evaluate, and report data from their funded project. Intake survey and follow up survey delivered one year after database implementation.
