After the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB’s) approval of the FY 2025 Occupational Safety and Health Statistics (OSHS) Cooperative Agreement the following updates were necessary to correct instruction references:

1. OSHS CA BV - OSHS Cooperative Agreement Budget Variance Request Form
   
   

• Item 1 should read: “Fill in the “FEDERAL TOTAL” and “NON-FEDERAL TOTAL” columns of this form from Section C Row Total Cost and Section D Row b of the current OSHS BIF in the Cooperative Agreement (CA).”

2. BLS OSHS FRW-A Base Programs - BLS OSHS Financial Reconciliation Worksheet

These nonsubstantive changes are being submitted to update the public record for the OSHS Cooperative Agreement accordingly.
