The Financial Responsibility
Acknowledgment (ATF F 8620.28) is used to determine if a candidate
for federal or contractor employment at the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is in compliance with federal
regulations, which state that employees shall satisfy in good faith
their obligations as citizens, including all just financial
obligations. The previous name of this information collection was
Financial History Questionnaire.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
