Your voice matters Are you a caregiver for a child in diapers? Do you get diapers from [organization]? We want to hear about your experience. Participate in a focus group! We would like to talk to you about your experiences receiving diapers, your opinion on the support you receive, your goals, and your suggestions for improvements! PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT OF 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) STATEMENT OF PUBLIC BURDEN: The purpose of the referenced information collection is to help the federal program team understand diaper need in communities across the country. Public reporting burden for the focus groups is estimated to average 1.5 hours per respondent, including the time for reviewing instructions, gathering the information needed, and submitting the information to the evaluation team. This is a voluntary collection of information. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information subject to the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OMB # is 0970-0531 and the expiration date is 9/30/2025.
