Boundary and Annexation Survey
The Census Bureau is adding a feedback component to its geographic partnership programs to
allow for the solicitation of feedback to improve the administration of the respective program
and potentially reduce the future burden. Eligible governments may be asked to provide their
feedback on materials, method(s) of data collection, manner of communications, and the
usability of the program applications and tools. For the Boundary and Annexation Survey, the
feedback component may apply to a maximum of 1,000 eligible governments.

What do you like about the participation process (e.g., online response form,
notifications, submission options, training)? What would you like to see improve?

you think could be improved?

The Census Bureau estimates that participating in the feedback component of the Boundary and Annexation Survey
will take half an hour on average. Send comments regarding this burden estimate or any other aspect of this
collection of information, including suggestions for reducing this burden, using Paperwork Reduction Project 06070151 as the subject, to . This collection has been approved by the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB). The eight-digit OMB approval number confirms this approval. If this number were not displayed, we
could not conduct this component of the survey. The Census Bureau conducts this program under the legal
authority of the Title 13 United States Code, Section 6.
