In a recent I-131 Revision, USCIS intended to remove instructional language on abandonment of a filed I-131 for Temporary
Protected Status (TPS) applicants and had done so for the Advanced Parole (AP) instructions. This submission is to correct
and remove this language from the TPS application. The minimal updates do not impact the respondent population or burden
estimates.
