As part of its mission, EEOC is committed to providing a program of education, training, and technical assistance to keep the public informed of the latest developments in equal employment opportunity law. These education, training, and technical assistance seminars are vital to the EEOC’s mission to prevent and remedy unlawful employment discrimination and advance equal opportunity for all in the workplace. To ensure that the program is effective, EEOC needs feedback from customers and stakeholders. This generic clearance covers various customer and stakeholder feedback surveys that EEOC will use in connection with training and other interactions with stakeholders and the public. The surveys are intended to help the agency garner customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, timely manner, in accordance with the Agency’s commitment to improving service delivery.

In 2021 under the previous PRA package, the EEOC Website Satisfaction Survey was a new survey without a baseline for the number of respondents. The previous estimate was based on the number of annual page views and presumed that all visitors would take the Website Satisfaction Survey. This proved to be an overestimate of both the number of respondents and the associated burden. The estimates have been updated to reflect the annual number of responses actually received in recent years now that this data is available. As a result, the burden estimate decreased from 39,116 to just 109 burden hours.
