PURPOSE:

• Application is used to collect information from applicants seeking legal employment. The Honors Program is the only way the Department hires entry level attorneys. The Summer Law Intern Program (a subset of the Pathway Intern Program) is the only compensated legal program offered by the Department.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Current law students and recent graduates seeking paid employment (attorney positions/internships) with the Department of Justice.
