ARC-X User Satisfaction Survey

Help us improve the Adaptation Resource Center! The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) would like to give you the opportunity to help improve the Climate Change Adaptation Resource Center (ARC-X) to better meet your needs. Your responses will help us enhance the ARC-X user experience. The information gathered will be confidential and non-attributable to any individual. The survey is designed to take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time, and all the questions are optional.

The goals of this survey are two-fold: 1) To capture how ARC-X users are using the ARC-X system to support their climate adaptation decision-making, and 2) To identify opportunities for improvements to ARC-X.

About ARC-X: The Climate Change Adaptation Resource Center (ARC-X) is an interactive resource available at epa.gov/arc-x. EPA launched the ARC-X system in 2016 to support local-level climate adaptation. The “Tailor Your Search” feature in the ARC-X system provides users with an opportunity to select a region of the country and the specific issues of concern to them — for example, air quality, water management, environmental justice, contaminated site management, ecosystem protection, etc. The system then provides them with an integrated package of information tailored specifically to their needs and interests.
