The purpose of this communication is to provide a justification for the non-substantive changes requested for the Tribal Access Program (TAP) Application approved under ICR 1103-0118. The Tribal Access Program (TAP) has added minor edits to the instruction language for clarification purposes and to update the dates to the current year’s application period.
