VIDALIA® ONION HANDLER REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF _____________, 20___


All handlers must complete and return to the Vidalia® Onion Committee (Committee) a shipping report filed monthly in accordance with section 955.42 of Marketing Order No. 955, regulating Vidalia® Onions Grown in Georgia. Reports must be submitted each month following the first shipment of the season until a final report is filed at the end of the season including months in which no onions were packed. Assessments are due with the filing of this report.
