Being part of this work group, I personally like the streamline plan amendment submission. Approving this process will save time, recently revising our policy and procedures along with the tribal codes took over a year. The proposed streamline process will reduce this time significantly for us. |

We are in support of the Office of Child Support Enforcement ("OCSE") providing two processes to submit a plan amendment for Tribal IV-D Child Support funding under 45 CCR 390.35. We appreciate OCSE working with tribes to provide the Optional Streamlined Tribal Plan and Plan Amendment Process. We believe this new process will be less burdensome to Tribal IV-D Programs. We thank OCSE fpr communicating and collaborating with tribes by having workgroups, webinars, listening sessions, and providing tribes with draft information and instructions. |
