The purpose of this collection is to
ensure the detection and eradication of pests and diseases of
concern in both regulated and non-regulated areas. APHIS uses this
information collection activity associated with the ALB program and
pest reporting to pinpoint an outbreak or infestation of a pest or
disease of concern.
Request for renewal reflecting
decreases in responses and burden hours from previous submission.
Six activities have revised burden estimates per response but most
of the changes in this request are the result of estimate
adjustments resulting from improved records and reduced demand for
the activities.
