USCIS will use the information
collected on Form G-1566 to determine whether any immigration
records about the subject of record listed on the form exist. If no
records about the subject of record exist, USCIS will provide a
CNE. If USCIS finds records related to the subject of record, a CNE
will not be issued, but the requestor will be notified that records
were found.
