Dear HARC member,

The Supporting Family Economic Well-Being through Home Visiting (HomeEc) project needs your help! This project is sponsored by the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation, which has contracted with Mathematica and its partners: James Bell Associates, Start Early, and Decision Information Resources. We are conducting a special topic study to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected early childhood home visiting’s family economic well-being services. We have questions such as:

  • How did selected early childhood home visiting programs respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and any challenges to family economic well-being?

  • How did the approach to support family economic well-being in early childhood home visiting programs change during the COVID-19 pandemic?

We are looking for home visiting staff to help us answer these questions. Did you, or someone you know, work in a program that provided family economic well-being services during the COVID-19 pandemic? Can you or they talk about how home visitors provided family economic well-being services to families experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic?

If you answered yes, then please consider participating in this study, or nominating the home visiting program that provided family economic well-being services to pregnant people or parents with young children during the pandemic. If selected, we will schedule a time to talk with one representative from the program. Please complete a 10-minute web-based survey by clicking the below link, whether you are interested in nominating a home visiting program or participating on behalf of a program.

Please complete the survey online using the link below:

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
