CIP Administrator Web Survey: Non-Responder Email Message

Subject: CIP Administrator Web Survey Follow-Up

Dear [insert name]:

We recently invited you to participate in a short survey about the timing of court hearings and the use of pre-hearing conferences in your state. This survey will help us plan for a future study or studies that will examine the factors associated with judicial decision-making and hearing quality in child welfare cases and the influence those factors may have on judges’ reasonable efforts decisions and case outcomes. Your responses will help us understand which sites may be appropriate for this important research. We know you are busy, especially given the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, but would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to complete the brief survey.

Here’s the survey link again:

We ask that you respond by [insert date].

If you would prefer not to participate in the survey, please let me know at fromknecht@jbassoc.com.

Thank you in advance,

Anne Fromknecht
