Public Health Law Fellowship Focus Group

Thank you everyone for taking the time to meet today. As your fellowship concludes, we would like to hear more about your experiences participating in the program to better understand whether the program has served you well. We’re going to focus a lot on workplace culture and your thoughts about the work you did.

This focus group will be recorded and transcribed. After the recording is transcribed, it will be deleted. The results will be aggregated and reported anonymously. If you are not comfortable with a question or would like a question clarified, please let me know. Before we get started, does anyone have any questions? Are you ready to begin?

Public reporting burden of this collection of information is estimated to average 60 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing the instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering, and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. Send comments regarding this burden estimate or any other aspects of this collection of information, including suggestions for reducing this burden, to CDC/ATSDR Information Collection Review Office, 1600 Clifton Rd. NE, MS H21-8, Atlanta, GA 30329; ATTN: PRA (0920-XXXX).
