The Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (“GRRP”) is newly funding through Title III of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, H.R. 5376 (IRA), in section 30002 titled “Improving Energy Efficiency or Water Efficiency or Climate Resilience of Affordable Housing” (the “IRA”), authorizing HUD to make loans, grants, and take a variety of other actions to facilitate utility-saving and climate hazard-mitigating projects for certain existing HUD-assisted multifamily housing. This collection will allow eligible applicants to apply for funding under this program.
