Learned Survey
Purpose: The goal of this survey is to collect
feedback on the NINDS response to the December
2022 flood in the Porter Neuroscience Research
Center and subsequent recovery process.

average 7 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions,
searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed,
and completing and reviewing the collection of information. An agency may not
