RE: Non-Substantive Revision to Notices Required of Government Securities Dealers or Brokers (Insured State Nonmember Banks) (OMB Control No. 3064-0093)

FDIC is correcting the following non-substantive items that were erroneously entered for this ICR:

• Privacy Act Systems of Records: For the IC titled “Disclosure Form for Person Associated with a Financial Institution Securities Dealer or Broker” using Form G-FIN-4 related to this ICR, the SORN Federal Register Citation has been corrected to reflect the current citation for the SORN which is 84 FR 35184 (June 22, 2019).
