The Commission estimates that
the hour burden associated with Form N-PX will increase from 47,984
hours to 380,741 hours (an increase of 332,757 hours). The changes
in burden hours and cost estimates are due primarily to the
Commission’s estimates of the increased time burden that result
from the amendments to Form N-PX, the new website disclosure
requirements, and the new requirement that institutional investment
managers file reports on Form N-PX. The Commission also estimates
an increase in the external costs of Form N-PX from $17,657,958 to
$36,141,445 (an increase of $18,483,487).
