To understand how ILSAA can best provide legal services to EAAs and support legal service providers, we need your input to evaluate current strengths, challenges, and gaps. Your responses are crucial to our efforts to better inform priorities and strategies. The feedback you provide will be used to develop services, trainings, resources, tools and more.

About Us: Immigration Legal Services for Afghan Arrivals (ILSAA) provides immigration legal services to Eligible Arriving Afghans (EAAs) across the country and helps build the capacity of immigration legal service providers. ILSAA supports pathways to permanent residency, achieving temporary protected status (TPS), family reunification, and more. EAAs include Afghan humanitarian parolees, unaccompanied Afghan minors, and others with eligible status as defined in ORR Policy letter 22-01. ILSAA is funded by HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and implemented by the U.S. Committee for Refugee and Immigrants (USCRI) and ICF.
