What specifically was our Medical Review staff not knowledgeable about: They couldn’t answer any of my questions and just told me to read the documents they sent but clearly I did and still had questions and they just don’t know what they are talking about!

How could we improve these educational materials for you: I don’t have time to sit around and read a 27 page document that barely applies to me. Create shorter more specialized materials!
