GHP or Employer Misinformation
– Updated to be more prescriptive on when misinformation
must have been received. Updated to include agents and brokers of
health plans as entities that can provide misinformation. Also
updated to include the opportunity for the applicant to attest to
the misinformation if other evidence is not available. Updated to
change the duration from 2 months to 6 months.
SEP to Coordinate with
Termination of Medicare Coverage – Title changed to “SEP
for Termination of Medicaid Eligibility” for simplification.
Updated to include an option for retroactive coverage beginning at
the date of Medicaid termination after 1/1/23.

attest to the circumstance, if other evidence is not available.
Updated to change the duration to a case-by-case basis, not less
than 6 months.
