This is a revision of a
currently approved collection, but with this collection, the
Single-Family Qualification Statement has been added (HUD Forms
9611 and 9612). The number of responses and hourly burden has
decreased as the number of sales and the number or respondents has
decreased. The numbers reported on the form reflect actual numbers
of respondents in recent sales.
