NOAA Undergraduate Scholarship Application Experience
The NOAA Office of Education is collecting data to understand possible barriers for applicants in
completing applications for the Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program and EPP/MSI
Undergraduate Scholarship Program at NOAA.
You are invited to participate in this survey because our records indicate you started an application for
either the Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program or the EPP/MSI Undergraduate Scholarship
Program. NOAA wants to better understand your experience with the scholarship application. Your
participation is valuable in helping NOAA improve the process for future applicants. The survey should
take approximately 5 minutes, and responses are anonymous.

work-related purposes. Disclosure of this information is also subject to all of the published routine uses as identified in the Privacy Act
System of Records Notice Commerce/NOAA-14, Office of Education, Educational Partnership Program (EPP/MSI); Ernest F. Hollings
Undergraduate Scholarship Program and National Marine Fisheries Service Recruitment, Training, and Research Program.
