The Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Petitions final rule, RIN 1615-AB81, will update USCIS's regulations governing the
requirements and procedures for juveniles seeking classification as a SIJ. In connection with this rule, form I-360 is being
updated to ensure language remains consistent regarding the requirements as well as how USCIS defines certain terms.
