On November 18, 2021, President Biden
signed Executive Order 14055 which requires federal service
contracts, subcontracts and their solicitations to include a clause
requiring a successor contractor and its subcontractors to offer
suitable employment on the contract to those predecessor employees
whose employment will be terminated as a result of the award of a
successor contract.
