Attachment 10b

The second of the two public comments received in response to the 60 day Federal register Notice
entitled “Annual Submission of the Ingredients Added to, and the Quantity of Nicotine Contained in,
Smokeless Tobacco Manufactured, Imported, or Packaged in the U.S. 0920-0338,” was determined to be
outside the scope of this project. Therefore, a substantive response from CDC was not warranted.
