Abstract: Section 12315 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 established the "Agriculture Wool Apparel Manufacturers Trust Fund" to be used for the purpose of reducing the injury to domestic manufacturers resulting from tariffs on wool fabric that are higher than tariffs on certain apparel articles made of wool fabric. Claimants must submit an affidavit certifying that they meet the eligibility requirements for each program they wish to apply for an annual payment.

Short Statement: This is a reinstatement of a previously approved collection. Based on the feedback we received from applicant, we increased the burden estimate for the TRQ applications from 3 to 5 hours, and have made the required changes to the attached burden estimate table.
